We reserve the right to reject or cancel any booking, at any time, for any reason.

When selecting your arrival and departure dates, note we're a volunteer-based organisation, and therefore we require a minimum of 7 days lead time for all non-member bookings. We require the time so that we can arrange a member to meet you at our gate.

When you arrive please have some sort of ID. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

Your caravan size will help us suggest a site of the appropriate size.

You will need to accept our by-laws. Please read the following carefully before agreeing to it as you and all members of your party will be expected to uphold our by-laws at all times while on club grounds.
